Polluting the Air

When Little Benny made his move to the fire department, that made Cigar a worse smoke. He polluted the air and water tremendously. It seemed that nothing could be done about it. People became sick. Cigar did not just use smoke, but he used chemicals and everything that he could think of to contaminate the land, air , and water. Even the fish were dying. People that never smoked a day in their lives began to have lung cancer. Little Benny knew that what was done was done, and he also knew that Cigar still had to be destroyed.
